As the Chief of Staff to the CEO and C-Suite Executive, we consider the needs of the whole enterprise, whereas direct reports typically emphasize their areas and agendas. Our principal focus is on making time, information, and decision processes more effective. We function with the implicit imprimatur of the CEO—with humility, maturity, and situational sensitivity. Assist in the thinking through in setting and enacting strategy, policy, and decisions.

When the leadership needs a points-of-view without turf considerations.

Initiative faciliators

Initiate and facilitate the identification of and management of enterprise priorities. 

Tellers of truth, coaches, and advisors

Anticipate problems and are especially sensitive to issues that require diplomacy. We function as extra eyes and ears by pointing out political potholes their bosses may not recognize.

Diplomats

Classifier, and fixer, we assist in assigning degrees of urgency to emergent issues to be prioritized and getting them to timely resolution.
